He's got Mepal and Witcham in his hands,
He's got the animals and pets in his hands,
He's got the school and homes in his hands,
He's got the children and the grown ups.
He's got the puppies and the kittens in his hands.
He's got the birds and the trees in his hands.
He's got the mummies and the daddies in his hands.

Bishop’s Lent Challenge Week One
Robin Class thought about the Earth’s rotation and revolution movement in space. We looked at how the Earth spins and rotates around the Sun. We thought about the seasons and how our position on the globe affects the climate in different parts of the world, at different times of the year. We used the Beebots to travel from hot to cold areas on the map. We watched the astronaut Chris Hadfield sing the song Space Oddity when he was aboard the International Space Station in 2013. We watched the view from the window of the ISS. If you would like to watch this, here is the link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaOC9danxNo
Kestrels class have been learning about volcanoes and so we extended our knowledge for this weeks challenge. We watched a video about the ISS and how the Earth looked from space and the children asked a lot of questions about gravity.
We made fans of the layers of our Earth.
