Mepal and Witcham Church of England primary school is proud of its close links with St Mary's Church in Mepal and St Martin's Church in Witcham.
The children enjoy their termly visits to Church to celebrate harvest, Christmas and Easter, as well as enabling them to feel closer to God in these beautiful buildings.
Reverend Mary Hancock is the incumbent of both these Churches as well as being one of our Foundation Governors. She visits the school regularly and often leads us in our collective worship.
We join together daily for collective worship. This is an important time for us to share, reflect and celebrate together. Central to the life of the school are our Christian values, AGAPE (God's love) and Koinonia (Fellowship).
Each half term we focus our worship around a different Christian value. This term we are focusing on the value PERSEVERANCE.
